The Pumpkin Peach Ale is exactly what you think it is and It's fun to brew, not hard! It also doesn't mock the people it wishes would drink it. Unlike many of the other pumpkin beers, this beer features a heavy dose of lactose giving it a super creamy mouth-feel. With flavors of pumpkin and peach, you may question whether it's fall or spring. So, if you're in the mood for something smooth and creamy, full of pumpkin-y and peachy goodness, we've got you covered.

Specialty malts: Crystal 10L, Carapils®
Featured hops: Sterling, Saaz
Other additives: lactose sugar, pumpkin spice pack, natural peach flavoring

The optional pumpkin is not provided with the recipe. It must be purchased separately.

Pumpkin preparation: cut enough small pumpkins into 1 inch cubes to yield 3 - 4 lb. Place the pumpkin on a cooking pan and cook in the oven at 350 F for 30 min or until softened. If pumpkin is unavailable, 3 - 4 lb of canned pumpkin (non-spiced) may be used instead. The pumpkin is added with the grains during mashing.
