How to Use TORQ Bar:
Each TORQ Bar provides 30 grams of carbohydrates (1 TORQ Unit). The TORQ Fueling System suggests consuming 2-3 TORQ Units per hour by taking on board their energy drink (TORQ Energy) along with other more concentrated TORQ Units. The higher your effort, the more TORQ Units you will need to consume in simpler forms relative to their more concentrated Bars.
